The TEA Business College plans to issue ETA tokens for financing and further develop and enhance the 'AI ProfitProphet 4.0' investment system.
The journey of artificial intelligence in the financial market has not been smooth for several reasons. Firstly, AI trading systems rely on a vast amount of historical and real-time data for modeling and forecasting. However, acquiring and processing high-quality, accurate, and reliable data is a challenge, especially given the complex nature of financial market data.
Secondly, AI trading systems need to select suitable modeling methods and algorithms to handle large amounts of data for prediction and decision-making. Yet, the unique characteristics of the financial market make modeling and algorithm selection more challenging due to the often unpredictable behavior of financial markets.
Thirdly, financial markets are filled with noise and uncertainty, such as market fluctuations, political and economic factors, interest rate changes, etc. These factors can impact the performance and predictions of models, requiring the development of models and algorithms that can adapt to such noise and uncertainty.
Fourthly, AI trading systems need to make real-time decisions and execute trades to capture market opportunities promptly. Making accurate real-time decisions in rapidly changing financial markets is a challenge as market conditions and information can change in an instant.
Lastly, AI trading systems face challenges in risk management and regulatory compliance. Risks include market risk, operational risk, and model risk. Regulatory requirements may involve transparency in trading, risk control requirements, and the explicability of algorithm logic. Additionally, regulatory bodies may conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
To address these challenges, effective risk management frameworks are essential for AI trading systems. This includes ensuring sufficient risk monitoring and control tools, establishing risk management teams to oversee and manage risks, collaborating closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, and promptly reporting any incidents or violations.
Ultimately, all these issues boil down to funding and talent. In a closed-door meeting in 2019, the TEA Business College board discussed a bold plan: issuing tokens for financing. Choosing to issue ETA tokens signifies embracing blockchain technology for innovation and attracting global investors. Token issuance provides a fast and efficient fundraising method amidst restrictions and challenges in traditional funding channels.
Instead of relying on traditional stock market financing, utilizing the potential of the cryptocurrency market offers a new way of fundraising. This new funding approach not only quickly raises funds but also attracts global investors, especially the younger generation interested in emerging technologies.
Issuing ETA tokens not only addresses the issues of product upgrades and expanding funding, but also aims to enhance TEA Business College's influence and recognition in the global fintech sector. A successful financing model enables the college to attract top talents from various fields such as IT engineers, mentors, investment experts, practical experts, strategists, analysts, writers, collaborators, contributors, etc. Their joining provides robust intellectual support for the college's research, innovation, and promotion in the technology field.
